Ultra Filtration (UF) Polyphenol Liquids
Description:
The UF liquid is standardized to an active Polyphenol and Anthocyanin content. The liquid extract is produced by separating the water from the original juice and then further concentrating the Polyphenols by ultrafiltration using sophisticated food technology principles. We then aseptically fill into standard container sizes. This process allows us to retain the original food matrix and to comply with Food Supplement Regulatory Standards. Our products retain the original flavor and aroma profile of the fruit and they are of course water soluble.
Application:
Our products have a wide range of applications for the functional food, nutritional supplement, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. They are water soluble and standardized by Polyphenols, Anthocyanins and Colour. Can be formulated into foods, softgel capsules and beverages.
